Sunday 16th November - Service of Remembrance, Wheathill, 2.30pm.
Wednesday 19th November - Gentleman's Breakfast at Church House, Chetton, 8.30am. Please contact Emma at The Benefice Office to book your place, or if you have any questions.
Thursday 20th November - Chetton Coffee Morning at Church House, Chetton 10.00am - 1.00pm. Courtesy of Charles & Lisa Gill. Entry £5.00 to include coffee/tea/cakes. There will also be a Bric-a-Brac stall! Please come along and join in a lovely social event.
Sunday 23rd November - Little Explorers Christmas Fayre at Ditton Priors Village Hall 12 - 4pm. Come and see Father Christmas in his magical grotto, £5 per child. Secure your personalised experience by emailing [email protected] Enjoy festive stalls, handmade gifts, Santa’s grotto, delicious treats, raffle, tombola, face painting, refreshments and plenty of cheer
Thursday 27th November - Lights & Carols at St. John the Baptist, Ditton Priors. Further details to follow.
Saturday 29th November - St. John the Baptist Christmas Fair in the Pavilion, Ditton Priors starting at 11.00am. Further details to follow.
Sunday 30th November - Please come along to our first Benefice Carol Service at Loughton Chapel, 4.00pm. Everyone is welcome and afterwards there will be mince pies, nibbles & drinks at Loughton Hall by kind invitation of Steve & Jo Culley.
Tuesday 2nd December - Christmas Coffee Morning at The Old Rectory, Cleobury North, 10.30am - 12.30am. A lovely start to December. £5.00 entry to include coffee/tea and cake. There will be a raffle, and lots of delicious cakes. All in aid of the very important repairs to St. Peter & Paul Church roof. Please do come along and support.
Saturday 6th December - First Coffee Morning of the Month at St. John the Baptist, Ditton Priors, 10.30am - 12.30pm as above! The first Saturday of the month will take a break in January but will resume in February!
Saturday 6th December - Christingle Service at St. John the Baptist, Ditton Priors, at 4.00pm. This is such a lovely Service and popular with all ages. Please come along and hear its very special story.
Sunday 7th December - All Saint's, Neenton are holding their Carol Service at 4.00pm. Please do come along and support. Followed by light refreshments in The Pheasant.
Sunday 14th December - St. Peter & St. Paul, Cleobury North are holding their Carol Service at 11.30am. This will either be in the Church or Village Hall - building work dependant! Please watch out on the pew sheet and notice boards for updates. Followed by light refreshments.
Sunday 14th December - St. Giles, Chetton are holding their Carol Service at 4.00pm. Followed by mulled wine and mince pies. We do hope that you will be able to join us.
Friday 19th December - Brown Clee Young Farmers Carol's in the Street, and in St. John the Baptist Church, Ditton Priors, 7.00pm. This will be in aid of Brown Clee YFC's chosen charities for the year. Midlands Air Ambulance, Shropshire Rural Support, Lingen Davies, and Severn Hospice This is such a popular event. Please come along and wrap up warm as we sing both inside and outside St. John's! Mulled wine, mince pies and cakes too!
Sunday 21st December - St. John the Baptist, Ditton Priors, Carol Service at 11.30am. Everyone welcome. Please come along and sing your favourite Carols'. Followed by light refreshments.
Sunday 21st December - Aston Botterell Christmas Festival at 5.00pm. The very popular Festival Carol Service with Father Christmas, Cleobury Brass Band, a design a Father Christmas Competition and light refreshments. Please contact Anne on 07966 459806 if you would like to book a place to visit Father Christmas! Such a lovely start to Christmas week.
Wednesday 24th December - Christmas Eve - Crib Service at St. John the Baptist, Ditton Priors at 4.00pm. Please do come along to this very special Service the night before Christmas to hear the story of Joseph and Mary's journey to Bethlehem and all the visitors that they received. For all ages!
Wednesday 24th December - Christmas Eve - Wheathill Carol Service at 7.00pm. We hope that you will be able to join us at our last Carol Service before Christmas Day to sing in this very special Church. Followed by light refreshments.
Wednesday 24th December - Christmas Eve - St. John the Baptist, Ditton Priors - Midnight Mass. Everyone welcome to join us on the night before Christmas to give thanks and sing Carols. We do hope to see you there.
