We will soon be celebrating our Harvest Festival services, the first of these being a Lammas Service at Frodesley Church on Sunday 10 August at 3pm. This a family friendly service followed by refreshments, including partaking in the Lammas loaf. As the first harvest festival of the year, Lammas, also known as Lughnasadh, is a time to give thanks for the abundance of the earth and to honour the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.
