10am -11.30am on Wednesday mornings in TERM TIME.

This is a special joining together of our Messy Church families with our Sunday Congregations on Palm Sunday. It will include a procession from the car park, craft activities suitable for all ages, songs, story and a special Holy Communion service. Followed by a meal. Join others from across the Benefice in worshipping God.

A preparation for Easter. The Stripping of the Altar - removing the cross, candles and altar cloth - symbolises the starkness of what lay ahead for Jesus as he approached his death on the cross. It is a simple but powerful action.

In addition to our Holy Communion Services in Church on Sundays, we are continuing with Sunday Praise using Zoom at 4.30pm on one Sunday each month.

A time to be still in God’s presence. A variety of Christian reflective meditations.

This service is once a month on 2nd Sunday alternating between Longden Church and St George’s Church, Pontesbury.

A play area for young children is available. Prayers for healing are offered.

A special fun service for all ages.
