Montacute, St Catherine's.

Our church building is a beautiful and peaceful place, today providing welcoming services in traditional and modern styles, and a quiet space for reflection and private prayer. As an all-member ministry our active and involved congregation contributes wholeheartedly to all aspects of church life. We join here regularly in prayer and in song, to celebrate the great events of life and to find solace in times of trouble and grief. Our wish is to be a doorway to all to the knowledge and love of Christ. Our mission is to link St Catherine's church and the Jesus story to the village and our visitors - living and telling our experience of God. We look forward to welcoming you!

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Montacute is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Bath & Wells’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO (Zoe Grainger, 01935 88712) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (Ben Goodhind, 01749 588917). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
