20 beautiful local gardens are open to help raise funds for Christ Church Henton Revitalising and Henton Village Hall. There'll be stalls selling refreshments, plants, garden tools, books, and metal craft.

All the information you need to join in this special event can be found at Henton Village Hall, where you can buy your Garden Passport tickets. Plenty of parking is available at Henton Village Hall, and locations in Bleadney, Yarley and Worth.

Please note: Only assistance dogs will be allowed in the gardens. Also, many of the Open Gardens will have accessibility issues that may hamper navigating the gardens. So please check with garden owners on arrival about accessibility issues.

Welcome to our page on A Church Near You! 

Christ Church Henton is a beautiful church in the village of Henton, near Wells. We are part of a group of 3 churches and 4 parishes, known as a benefice, which are looked after by Revd Jan Shellard-James.

There are services every Sunday, however if there is a 5th Sunday in a month, a service might take place at a different church in the benefice. There is also a weekly prayer meeting which is held every Monday. On the 1st Sunday of the month is a relaxed service over breakfast at Henton Village Hall, which is free, and very much enjoyed. You are very welcome to come to any of our services or events, and details of these can be found on this website, or on our own website www.chwchurches.co.uk There are also more details about the this church and the benefice on our website.
