Almighty God, our Heavenly Father.
In your compassion and mercy, may your faithful servant Queen Elizabeth rest eternally in your tender care. May she be within the full knowledge of your unending love for her, and rest in peace.
We pray, too, Lord for those who mourn, bring comfort and peace in your promise of eternal life, to those who love her as child, grandchild, family or treasured friend. And hold us, too, Lord, her subjects as we have lost our Queen.
We ask all of these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord.
