Advent Sunday - Morning

for 1 hour
All Saints Merriott
Church Street Merriott Crewkerne, TA16 5PS, United Kingdom

Advent Sunday marks the beginning of the Church’s year and the start of our journey towards Christmas. Join us as we light the first candle on the Advent wreath, with music, reflection and a warm welcome. It’s a lovely way to slow down and take a breath before the busy season. Everyone is welcome.

10.30 am Benefice Communion for Advent with 16 Bells Choir, Merriott

St Nicholas Dinnington

The parish of Hinton St George with Dinnington is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Bath & Wells’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.  If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO.  If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
