If you or someone you care about would like to be added to our prayer list, please reach out to the vicarage and we will include you in our weekly prayers.

St Michael's

Welcome to St Michael's, a Grade 1 listed building where everyone is welcome. A church with finely carved pew ends, a Lady Chapel with candlestand for prayer, and many historic features.  St. Michael's is open to visitors everyday in daylight hours.

This Benefice takes the wellbeing and safety of the children and vulnerable adults that attend our church very seriously. If you wish to raise a Safeguarding concern, please contact our Safeguarding Officer Diana Smith or Lynn Lake our Benefice Safeguarding Officer on 01823 400305 or by email at: [email protected]. Safeguarding

"Our parish of Milverton is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer. Our Diocese of Bath & Wells’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our Safeguarding Officer. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the Safeguarding Officer Diana Smith or the Benefice Safeguarding Officer Lynn Lake on 01823 400305 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Manager Ben Goodhind on 01749 588917. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
