We're excited to invite you to Christianity Explored – a relaxed, honest space to explore the biggest questions of life.
We'll look at the life of Jesus through Mark's Gospel and tackle questions like:
- Who was Jesus?
- Why did he come?
- What does it mean to follow him?
No question is off limits. No pressure. Just good conversation. Whether you're curious, sceptical, or exploring faith, you're welcome.

St Mary's

We are a welcoming, rural congregation meeting twice a month on the 2nd and last Sunday at 3pm. If you are walking, cycling or driving past do pop in, we'd love to meet you.

Our parish of Hoddlesden St Paul & St Barnabas Darwen is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO).
