The recent glorious weather was a welcome factor through Holy Week and the Easter weekend. It was a time when the parish family gathered and shared the Last Supper and stood at the foot of the cross. Then on Easter day with the church looking quite splendid, we heard the Risen Lord speak the name of Mary Magdalene. Jesus the Good Shepherd knows each one of us by name. The Easter story demands a response - for some that may be disbelief and for others peace and comfort. At the end of May we will worship together on the Thursday evening of Ascension Day.
