The Community Larder is based on the grounds of St Aidan's Church. It offers a wide selection of food items including frozen and refrigerated goods as well as tinned, fresh and dry items at a nominal charge for those on low incomes.
Whilst you await your turn you can enjoy a cuppa and refreshments at our coffee morning in the Community Hub. There is no charge however, we do ask for a donation if you are able to help cover the costs. Please come and join us and meet new friends.

Messy Church is worship for the whole family

Messy Church takes place on the second sunday of the month @ St Aidan's Community Hub, Station Road, Bamber Bridge 3-5 pm. Families are welcome to come and enjoy being together, eating together and celebrating God together through stories, music and prayer.

Please come and join us. Everyone is welcome.

Admission is free. However, donations are gratefully received. We offer a range of creative activities, including painting, printing, collages, clay, and cookie decoration, among others. After craft, everyone sits down together for a hot meal and cake. A vegetarian option will be available. FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: Please discuss any food allergies in advance when booking.

All children must be accompanied by an adult and stay together the whole time.

An Easter Dawn Service is a traditional, early morning Christian service held outdoors or in churches to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus at sunrise. Often starting in darkness, it symbolises the transition from the darkness of the tomb to the light of the risen Christ, featuring scripture, hymns, and often a bonfire. This service, which often includes a Paschal Candle, is a significant, quiet, and joyous event.
