Due to personal circumstances Fr Shaun Baldwin has had to move to a smaller parish to enable him to work part time. Rev'd Anna Walker has also left us to begin her own Ministry as the Director of Whalley Abbey. We pray for both Fr Shaun and Rev'd Anna as they begin a new chapter in their Ministry and thank them for all that they have done in their time with us.

We are continuing to build on the many initiatives they started in order to Make Disciples and Transform Lives of those we meet and welcome to any of our many services, coffee morning, Baptism gatherings, Confirmation classes. school assemblies and in every day life.

Please say the Benefice Prayer written by Peter Boulter, which asks for God's guidance for us during this time and for a new leader to come to us:

Almighty God, Father of all,

hear us as we pray,

that during our vacant benefice a leader, send our way.

Someone full of faith and love who can guide both young and old

and join together our benefice with Your vision to unfold.

We pray for strength to help us through this difficult time,

and then Your love will have guided a leader to us

in Jesus Christ's name, Amen
