Enjoy an afternoon in the private Gardens of Downham Hall. There will be Tea and Cakes, Prosecco, and Beer on sale. A Brass Band and a Ukulele Band as well as a display of Morris Dancing. Plus a selection of craft stalls and other entertainments.

All proceeds will be split between Downham Village Hall and the Parish Churches of Downham St Leonard, St Mary’s Clitheroe, St Paul’s Clitheroe and Christchurch, Chatburn.

St Leonard

A beautiful church set in a stunning location. It is little wonder that Queen Mary is reported to say "the best view from a church in the whole country" St Leonard is a wonderful place to come and worship and all visitors to this special place are welcome to join us. We regularly worship following the Book of Common Prayer. We are only a small congregation, so your donations will help us maintain this wonderful church for generations to come. Thank you for your support.
