Join us for this moving service of All Souls (Commemoration of the Faithful Departed) following the timeless words of Evening Prayer from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer whereby we thank God for the blessed memory of friends and loved ones no longer with us and names are read aloud with an opportunity for candles to be lit in their honour. St Anne's Parish Church, Greenlands, Blackpool

A warm welcome awaits you at St. Anne's! This is YOUR parish church in this little corner of paradise on the Lancashire Riviera! We aim to serve the community of Greenlands both practically, and through love and prayers. We are in the Anglo-Catholic tradition within the Church of England, but relaxed and friendly; we take our faith seriously, but never ourselves! Your friend and priest, Fr. Josh

Safeguarding

Our parish of Greenlands: St Anne is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Blackburn’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Jane Thompson, telephone 01253 773083 or 07879774759 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Cath Smith on 07711485170 or by email to [email protected] or [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
