The Parish of JC Lytham when the former parishes of St Cuthbert, Lytham and St John the Divine Lytham became one parish in 2023, becoming 'One Family with Two Homes'.
We seek to serve Lytham and be a Christian presence in our town sharing a good relationship with the other Churches in Lytham, a local covenant created in the 1980s
View the parish of jc lytham homepageSt Cuthbert's is part of the parish of JC Lytham which was created when we joined with St John the Divine in 2022. The church has a long history being a site of Christiaan worship since the 12th Century, the current building dates back to the 1830's.
Of course a church is much more than a building and we continue to offer worship to God every week here and everyone is welcome to join us on a Sunday. We also have BLAST (our Sunday School); a Craft Group; Lytham CofE Primary School; a prayer walking team; a Pastoral Ministry team, home study groups and much more as we together seek to make Jesus known in Lytham and draw closer to him as indiviuals and as a parish.
