Choir practice - new members welcome
This is is a quiet, said service, celebrated using a shorter form of service than on Sunday mornings.
A fairly formal sung eucharist with a sermon, using modern language. Hymns are a mixture of traditional and modern.
We aim to offer the opportunity to encounter in word and sacrament the God who is both eternal and with us in the here and now.
A quiet an reflective service at the end of the day
No service on 27th October 2024Generally held on the second and fourth Sunday of the month.
A relaxed family activity. We will have a story, do some brick building and finish with a prayer (and possibly a song). Light refreshments will be served. We have Lego type bricks and Duplo for younger children. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Held on the 3rd Saturday of the month excluding July and August.
Institution and induction of our new vicar by Rt Rev Philip North (Bishop of Blackburn) and Venerable David Picken (Archdeacon of Lancaster). All welcome.
