A traditional service using the 1662 Book of Common Prayer. This is a quieter and more reflective service with prayers, readings, and a talk.

St Mary’s Tea and Coffee Morning takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month, immediately following the service of Celtic Communion in the chapel. You are welcome to the service, of course, but you are just as welcome to the Tea and Coffee Morning. There is usually cake too… and lots of chat.

Our very popular Church Fete held on the First Saturday in September. A traditional community event. All welcome.

This year’s Autumn Fayre will be taking place on Saturday 26th October 2024 in St Mary’s Church. As in previous years there will be a range of stalls including crafts and jewellery; gifts and decorations for the coming Christmas season.

Parking will be available on the Glebe Field next to the churchyard (weather permitting). No need to book and the event has no entry fee, although a donation is invited. Light refreshments will be available.

Subject to the completion of works in the church this autumn there may be some additional last minute places available for stallholders, but otherwise the fayre is fully booked. Stalls are £20 and there is free coffee and soup for stallholders. Please use the contact sheet below
