Then we move into the Christingle service, when we will make up our Christingle decorations, discover what they represent, and worship Jesus, the Light of the World. We finish with refreshments. People of all ages are welcome and it's great for families with children (must be accompanied by a parent / carer).

Welcome to St Nicholas, the parish church of Thanington.

A friendly and growing congregation offer a warm welcome to all who would like to worship together on Sundays at 10am - whether you have lived in Thanington for years or have only just arrived. 

This historic church building has been reordered inside to make it a more welcoming and flexible space for Sunday worship; for baptisms, weddings and funerals; and for other activities.
