The first day in the Paschal Triduum, on Maundy Thursday our service begins as a festival, when we recall Jesus instituting the Holy Communion during the Paschal meal with his disciples. By the end of the service, the church is stripped of all decoration to bare wooden altars, before we symbolically desert Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Craft based worship for Good Friday

A quiet reflective service based around the Passion of Our Lord, followed by an act of witness.

Lighting our Paschal Candles to greet the risen Lord. The Vigil consists of readings telling the wonders God has done before turning our attention to Easter coming.

On Easter Day we offer a choice of coming together in the churches of St Mary the Virgin in Selling or St Laurence in Leaveland to celebrate the risen Lord.
