We will be remembering with readings from different ages, wrapped around with singing, silence and the flickering of candles.

St. Mildred’s Tenterden

St. Mildred’s is a vibrant church set in the heart of the community of Tenterden.  The building, which dominates Tenterden’s skyline, has come to be a recognisable and much-loved symbol of the town.  All are warmly welcome to participate in the life of the church, whether that be at times of worship, at community events hosted in the church building or the church hall, or simply at times when the space the church offers is valuable for personal reflection or prayer.

The church is now open for visitors from 8:45am each day.

Our parish of Tenterden: St Mildred is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Canterbury’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
