Tuesday 27th January 2026 is Holocaust Memorial Day when we remember in particular the six million Jewish victims of Nazism and Fascism in Europe, as well as other groups murdered, and the victims of subsequent genocides.
On Friday 3rd October, it was announced that Dame Sarah Mullally, currently the Bishop of London, has been named as 106th Archbishop of Canterbury, the first female leader of the Church of England in its history.
The Revd Geoff Abasolo-Munnery was appointed in 2023 as the new Rector of Saxon Shoreline Benefice. He was inducted and installed as Rector by Rt Revd Rose Hudson-Wilkin, Bishop of Dover, on 25th April 2023 at St. Matthew's, Warehorne.
