On November 13th over 100 people braved the weather from around the Mission Community, Deanery and Becky's last parish to join us for the service of welcome and installation of Becky our Vicar and a welcome for Lucy our Associate Priest. Bishop John Thompson officiated with the help of the Rural Dean, Anne Pettifor, Archdeacon Vernon Ross.Laity from the Anglican parishes in the Mission Community along with people from Kendal URC played a large part in the service.Many of us then went across to the village hall for some delicious refreshments.
