There are currently no services in the building of St James' Church in Staveley. There are structural issues with our spire and lychgate which make it unsafe for us to meet in the church building. We currently (September 2026) meet on a Sunday morning at 9.30am in Staveley CE Primary School, which is next door to church. Please join us!
Come and join us as we worship together at Staveley CE Primary School.
Bubble Church is a free, puppet-packed, Jesus-centred, coffee-and-food-fuelled, 30 minute kids and families adventure.
Here's the deal: you turn up at Staveley CE Primary School for refreshments, then you'll
be guided to a 'bubble', and you and your little ones will share in 30 mins of song, story,
puppets, and prayer.
Bubble Church will be on the third Sunday of every month at 4.30pm, starting Sunday 21st September.
