The Bishop of Carlise has appointed The Revd Stuart Silk, at present Associate Priest in the Benefice of All Saints, Lindfield (in the Diocese of Chichester) as Priest in Charge of the Benefice of St Mary the Virgin, Walney Island and Priest in Charge of the Benefice of St John, Barrow-in-Furness. This appointment is subject to the usual legal checks.
