The new Bishop of Carlisle, Rt Rev Rob Saner-Haigh, is coming to St Peter's church in Drigg at 11am for a service of Holy Communion with Confirmations. This is a special opportunity to see the 68th Bishop of Carlisle near the valley. All are very welcome.

There will be no service in Eskdale this Sunday.

Our own Rev Dave Pilkington will take the service today. Do come along to enjoy singing hymns, some with Rev Dave on his guitar, and a time for reflection in our busy lives. All are very welcome at the delightful St Catherine's church on the banks of the River Esk near Boot.

Our church wardens, Di Postlethwaite and Tony Fox, will lead the service of hymns, readings and prayers this morning. All are very welcome to join us at St Catherine's along the lonning to the river near Boot.

Revs Wendy and Robert Bracegirdle will take the service today, with Rev Robert at the organ and leading the hymn singing. All are very welcome to join us for an uplifting service at the delightful church near the river Esk at Boot.

We are still sorting out the arrangements for this Sunday.

As usual, there is no service in Eskdale on this 5th Sunday in the month.
