Lamplugh, Kirkland & Ennerdale
Our area stretches from the high point of Great Gable in the East to Hazel Holme down by the River Ehen in the West. We cover a very large area of fell side within the National Park, but most of the population of 1,000 live in the countryside just to the west of the park boundary. There is a strong sense of community in which the church plays a significant role. Although there are 3 church buildings we operate as a single parish, with services at the major church festivals spread across the 3 buildings.
