Racial Justice Sunday calls us to recognise the reality of racial inequality and to respond with Christ‑like justice, compassion, and hope. As a church, we celebrate the diversity of God’s people and commit ourselves to listening, learning, and working for a fairer, more inclusive world.
This Sunday invites us not only to pray, but to learn, to repent where needed, and to work in love for a future shaped by compassion, courage, and hope for everyone around us.

Christ Church

"The parish of Latchford: Christ Church is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Chester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
