St Peter’s Playgroup is a warm and welcoming space for babies, toddlers, and their parents or carers to play, learn, and make friends. Each session includes free play, crafts, songs, and story time — plus plenty of tea, coffee, and chat for the grown-ups! It’s a relaxed and friendly environment where everyone is welcome, whether you’re a regular or coming along for the first time. Come and join the fun, meet new people, and be part of our lovely community at St Peter’s, Hargrave. Little Seeds meets TERM TIME ONLY in line with Huxley Primary School term dates.

Please join us for a service of Holy Communion. This is a traditional church service, with a children's corner with activities. All are welcome. The service is followed by refreshments in the church hall.

Messy Church is an informal service for families. Ideal for families with primary age children and younger (although we have people of all ages). We meet in church and listen to a Bible story and have a song and prayer, then we have crafts and party food in the Church Hall afterwards.
We try to keep our crafts on the eco-side and we hope we are welcoming to all families. We have a church yard and church field, so get outside in the warmer weather.

Café Church is a relaxed and welcoming way to gather for worship and community at St Peter’s. We meet around tables with coffee, tea, and croissants to share conversation, music, reflection, and prayer in an informal setting. It’s a chance to explore faith together in a friendly, café-style atmosphere — perfect for all ages, whether you’re new to church or have been coming for years. Occasionally the service will be more traditional on the second Sunday eg Remembrance Sunday and Harvest Festival.
