We are pleased to announce the dates for the 2026 Christmas Tree Festival, the 10th held at St Chad's Church.

Local businesses and organisations are invited to participate by decorating and entering a tree. You can decorate your tree in any way that captures the spirit of Christmas and your organisation, so see how imaginative you can be. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your organisation and let local people know more about you and what you do, so don't miss out.

VISITING THE TREE FESTIVAL

St Chad’s Church will be open to welcome visitors to enjoy the Christmas Tree Festival on the weekends starting Saturday the 28th of November and continuing on the 29th, and 5th & 6th of December 2025. 

Local schools & other local groups are able to book slots to visit the festival at other times between these dates.

There will be musical entertainment on both weekends. Programme details to be announced nearer the time.

Entrance free but donations are welcome.

Refreshments will be available.

The proceeds from the Christmas Tree Festival will be used to support the work of St Chad’s Church.
