Our Lent Course this year has been produced by Bishop Philip North, the Bishop of Blackburn and Guardian of the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. With the title “Hear our Prayer” it will focus on the prayer lives of five Old Testament figures using a combination of media including videos, bible study and discussion. By studying these we will be led into a consideration of our own prayer life and how we might develop this further. Please try to make the course part of your Lenten discipline for this year.

There will be two opportunities on each of the five weeks to participate, so you can choose which of the slots fit in with your own timetable.

· PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VERY FIRST SESSION WILL BE AT 7PM ON THURSDAY 5TH MARCH AND NOT WEDNESDAY AFTER MASS AS IN THE WEEKS THAT FOLLOW. THERE IS A PCC MEEETING ON WEDNESDAY, 4TH MARCH.
