Please find attached the St Mike’s Bulletin for the coming week.

You’ll find that your diary is groaning beneath the weight of dates you need to note, with so many events, services and activities in the weeks ahead. In fact, I might well have repeated some events, so confused have I been with all the notices!

Do take time in the pre-Christmas busyness to spend a few minutes in quiet contemplation using our own St Mike’s Advent Calendar (if you have one). Whether you focus on the words or the image/s, there is always a gem of something meaningful to ponder.

My apologies that this has arrived a few hours later than usual – Paul and I are currently in charge of three young grandsons for a few days, so our brains are hurting as we try to get to grips with the rules of Catan (a game previously unknown to us) and to prepare for some serious Christmas craft sessions and a mince-pie production line.

By the way, this year’s Nativity script is now almost finished – the plot remains the same but the cast changes each year so, if you want a part, now is your final opportunity to let me know!
