Mothering Sunday, also known as Mother's Day, is celebrated on the fourth Sunday in Lent.
Traditionally, it is a day on which people visit the church they were baptised in and on which they honour their mother.
We invite you to come to the Peak Parishes this Mothering Sunday at 10am, for a service of music, prayers and readings to celebrate mothers around the world.

Come and join us for a tasty bowl of homemade soup & a roll, with cheese & crackers, a warm drink and some convivial company.
Suggested donation £5, supporting the work of Christian Aid this Lent.

We long for a world where food is joyfully shared,
Where welcome is abundant,
Where compassion reaches all.

As we pause to reflect on the profound significance of Jesus on Good Friday, we remember his sacrifice, his Love and the hope that was born through his suffering. But the story doesn't end there. On Easter Day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus and our own redemption.

Our Easter Day service is an invitation to all - whether you've been to church before or never joined us here, please join us for our Service in the Peak Parishes. Our doors are open to all as we celebrate and share in Easter together.
