The Upton Youth and Community Project is our charitable organisation working from the CORE centre - reg 1181691

The Core Pantry
Open on Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm and on Thursdays from 12.15 to 2.30pm.
The Core Pantry is a member-based scheme where members pay a small weekly subscription and in return they can choose good value food from a range including chilled goods, fresh and tinned products as well as a small range of household items.

The Community Centre

The CORE building includes a large community hall with kitchen and an upstairs meeting room, as well as a dedicated worship space (the chapel).
This forms a Connected Communities Centre recognised by Cheshire East Council.
Normally rooms are available for hire ad-hoc and weekly by groups and by families for private parties.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Upton Priory: Church of the Resurrection is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Chester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the Acting Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser, Sean Augustin on 07704 338885. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
