Alpha is a series of group conversations that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith in an open, friendly environment. At each Alpha session, there's something to eat and drink, and you'll be hosted in a friendly small group and watch an episode on a different question of faith - then you will have a chance to share your thoughts and hear what others think. You can say anything at all, or nothing at all. All are welcome. You're invited, no matter what your background or beliefs. It's free and there's never any pressure to come back if it's not for you.Alpha will take place every Thursday for 9 weeks from 2nd October, at 7pm at St Mary's in the Marketplace, Churchgate, Stockport, SK1 1YG.
