We are working on achieving our Bronze award through the A Rocha Eco-Church scheme (find out more at Eco Church - An A Rocha UK Project). We are committed to doing our part to care for all of creation.
Recently we have worked with local children to build 'bug hotels', which they were able to take home and we were also able to put these into the church gardens.
We also encourage our church family to get involved with local activities such as litter picking with Whitfield Womblers and Glossop Big Pick.
We are excited about how we can continue to look at ways to become more sustainable in our buildings, grounds. community.
