The Lent Groups this year start on Wednesday 25th February at 11.00am in the kitchen area of Ticknall Church.

4th March: Meeting Jesus in Mark
11th March: Meeting Jesus in Matthew
18th March: Meeting Jesus in Luke
25th March: Meeting Jesus in John
We hope that members of all four churches in the benefice will feel
welcome as we see what we can learn from the Gospel writers’ different
slants on the person of Jesus.

A said and reflective Holy Communion Service which is a good way to start the day. Visitors always welcome.

This is the main Sunday Service with Holy Communion and singing led by the church choir. There is a creche area and Junior Church for primary age children. Please ask one of the sides people or clergy for more details when you arrive at the church.

The bells will also be rung for 25 minutes before the service, and visiting ringers are most welcome.

There are toilet and nappy changing facilities in St. Michael's House, which can be accessed to the right of the white garage doors diagonally opposite the south door of the church.

This is a quiet and reflective service, led by the choir, to end the day.
Sometimes followed by refreshments.

Come and join us for our Lent Lunches in Church House, the building opposite the church to the right of the entrance to Melbourne Pool.
Enjoy hot homemade soup with fresh bread, butter, followed by cake or cheese and a hot drink, all for £7.00 per person.
All proceeds to the Kolkata Cathedral Nutrition Relief Service.
