We’re pleased to announce details of this year’s annual church meeting which will take place on Sunday 28th April at 10:30am as part of our regular Holy Communion service.

There are two parts to the meeting and will consist of:
- Annual Meeting of Parishioners, at which we will elect churchwardens.
- Annual Parochial Church Meeting, during which the vicar will deliver his new report for 2023, there will be elections to the Parochial Church Council and an opportunity for questions.

In advance of the meeting, we have published our annual report for 2023 which you can download from this page. It’s a very encouraging report as we look back on the last year and see the great opportunities we had to worship Jesus and share his love!

Electoral Roll

If you would like to vote during the meeting you need to be member of the electoral roll. Please speak to John Castling at St Paul’s or email [email protected] if you need to join. As well as voting, membership of the roll allows your voice to be heard on the Parochial Church Council (PCC). The committee is the trustee of the church and responsible for decisions of vision and strategy as well as management of finances, safeguarding and buildings. PCCs are best when they are diverse, so please consider standing for PCC or encouraging someone to stand so that your voice is heard.
