St Botolph's Church

St Botolph's is a Cambridge city centre church with traditional, dignified worship enriched by choral accompaniment and orthodox preaching. All services are from the Book of Common Prayer.

Communal life is important to us and, in normal times, well enjoyed refreshments after the principal Sunday service and other social activities abound.

The church is open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 12 Noon - 2pm currently, when there is an opportunity for private prayer, to light a candle and leave a prayer intention before the striking sculpture of The Lamb of God to focus our thoughts.

The Nave has fine proportions and is rendered in limewash in the East Anglian style, while the Chancel is highly decorated by the Gothic Revival architect, G F Bodley.

There is much to see, but the heart of our ministry is to be the Body of Christ in this place; and to lead people to Him.
