Welcome to St Mary's Buckden.
What a fabulous Pentecost weekend we had: quiz, flower festival, art exhibition, baptism and Pentecost picnic. Thank you to everyone involved. This week, 9th to 15th June at St Marys Buckden the church is open to visitors every day, so do come in and take a look around. This coming Sunday is Fr David’s last day here so please do join us for the service and the picnic afterwards.
Services in St Mary’s this week are as follows:-
9am Morning Prayer & 5pm Evening Prayer Monday to Thursday.
Tuesday 10th 7pm Julian Meeting
Wednesday 10am Holy Communion
Sunday 15th June 8am & 11am Holy Communion. Our sister church, All Saints Offord Cluny, has a Morning Prayer service at 9.30am.

Wednesday 11am Coffee, biscuits & hygge after the service and 2.30-4pm Community Cafe with Friends in Deed
Saturday 14th June 10am Cleaning Crew followed by 11.30am cuppa & biscuits
Sunday 15th June will be Fr David’s last Sunday with us. Please join us for a bring & share picnic in the churchyard from 12.30pm

About us.
We are a friendly village church with an active congregation. We run a variety of services and events throughout the year. Something for everyone, we hope. The church is open every day and visitors are always welcome. Our main services are on Sunday at 11am and Wednesday at 10.00am.
All are welcome to join us for coffee & hygge at 11am every Wednesday, Saturday Social - there's something on, with refreshments, most saturday mornings, and on the afternoon of the second Wednesday each month we host a Community Cafe with a befrienders/transport group Friends in Deed. We are voucher holders and a collection point for the Foodbank.
We run various group activities including Junior Church and youth@thetowers for children/youth; Angel Voices for singers; bell-ringers; Getting Active for those who like to walk, Cleaning Crew. Our Living Stones Room is available to hire for small groups events.
