The Church of Christ, Christchurch

Our services take place at 10.30am at the Community Centre on the first and third Sundays of each month. We are a friendly warm congregation. You would be very welcome to join us at any of our services or other events.

Our church building is currently closed pending a major renovation project, but the churchyard remains open for quiet reflection.

Fun, faith and food for young and old together.
Register at [email protected] or just turn up. Children, parents & grandparents welcome to help your children grow up knowing more of the Christian faith. Every month on the first Sunday of the month.

As we relaunch children's ministry we are focussing on developing a relaxed model of church where young and old alike feel comfortable and can have some breakfast whilst reflecting on a thought for the day. As we build up this ministry we would like to do the same in every parish in the benefice.

As well as our services we hold a variety of events to raise funds and to provide a warm safe social space for people in the village.

Safeguarding

Our Parish of the Church of Christ, Christchurch, is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the Parish Safeguarding Officer Andy Street (07880 631309‬) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Cases and Incidents Team on 01353652747. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
