Mothering Sunday, is a day when traditionally all went back to their mother church, to the place where they were nurtured, loved and formed into the ways of God.
On Mothering Sunday we often also celebrate Mothers’ day, a day to thank those who have mothered us in all the ways we can be cared for. It is usually a day of celebration, when we draw together with family and loved ones.

This is the Parish church for the areas of St Paul and Linden in the city of Gloucester.

We are a church committed to loving God, growing in faith, serving others with compassion, and being a christian presence in our community. Whether you are visiting for the first time or looking for a place to call home, we invite you to join us as we worship, learn, and walk together in Christ’s love. You are warmly welcomed just as you are — and we look forward to getting to know you!

Our two main services are:  Sunday at 10.00am and Thursday at 10:00am.  See details under services.

Our parish of Gloucester, Saint Paul and Saint Stephen is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm.
