Want to treat mum on Mothering Sunday with flowers, tea and cake? Then come to St Mary's Mothering Sunday Tea. At the end of the service, collect an egg to paint ready to hang on the village Easter tree on Palm Sunday.
This is one of our journey services.
Help decorate the Easter Tree on the Chipping, collect a palm cross, then journey down the High Street to the Congregational Church to listen to the story of Jesus riding into Jerusalem on the first Palm Sunday and all that followed.
Afterwards join us for jacket potatoes with various fillings in the Lower School Room.
The Churches of Kingswood celebrate Communion together before processing around the village to remember the Stations of the Cross.
Following the Communion Service at the Congregational Church, we process around the village to remember the Stations of the Cross. This is followed by coffee and hot cross buns in St Mary's Room.
Join us on Easter morning for a special family service to celebrate the joy of the risen Lord. With an Easter garden to explore and an egg hunt around the church.
