St Michael & All Angels
St Michael and All Angels is a warm, welcoming, open church, with a congregation who genuinely want to get to know God better, whatever stage they might be on their Christian journey. Our services range from fairly traditional Holy Communion through to café church style services, and everything in between. At the moment, we hold services twice a month at 10am on the first and third Sundays of the month. A good proportion of our congregation join in with the worship in other churches in the Benefice on the other Sundays.

We hold regular services twice a month at 11am (usually a Common Worship Holy Communion and Morning Prayer) with one of the services held in St Kenelm’s, Sapperton every second month. Other services are added for church festivals (Palm Sunday Walk, meditations on Good Friday, Remembrance, Carols, crib service) or for special events such as Harvest. We are a welcoming church and with water on tap, there is coffee and tea after services.

We are a friendly, lively church in a village near the source of the Thames. Our services are usually at 10am on Sundays and are livestreamed via the link on the website. On the fourth Sunday of the month, the churches in the Thameshead benefice come together to worship in one of the villages - you can find out where we will be from the calendar on the website.
