From the Parish Register We commend to God all those who have died - Nina Simpson, Hilary Sharpe
Rev Simon writes At St Michael's Church we try to respond to the needs of Waddington. Over the past few months we have been highlighting some of our projects supporting others.
Earlier this year we launched 'THE CREW' men's group. A group created to encourage men to get together and chat over coffee and biscuits. This group offers peer to peer support. Alongside the conversations that take place there are various games for people to play. The group is open to any male aged over 18 and takes place on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month between 10am and 12noon. There is also a WhatsApp group for individuals to reach out when they need a chat.
For anyone interested in attending please contact the group leaders at [email protected]

Community Pantry - Daily 10am - 4pm The principle of our community pantry is give, take, swap. If you need something take it, if you want to give something to it, do, and if you have extra tins of one thing swap it for something more helpful. The pantry can be found inside the church porch. Collection points can be found inside Budgens, The Three Horseshoes or inside the church building. To find out more, please contact Shon, our Parish Intern [email protected]

Beacon Cafe - coming soon In early May we hope to launch the Beacon Cafe, 6.30pm - 9.30pm on Tuesday evenings.
A cafe for serving and veteran military and emergency service personnel. A space to socialise and find a listening ear with food, drinks and activities. The Beacon Cafe is a partnership between Night Light Cafe, Acts Trust, St Michael's Church and Waddington Wellbeing Hub funded by the Veterans Association.
