April 5th , Easter Day ( Gold or White) , 11.00 a.m. , Holy Communion , Readings : Jeremiah 31 v 1-6 , Acts 10 v 34-43,
John 20 v 1-18.

April 12th , 2nd Sunday of Easter, (Gold or White) , 11.00 a.m. Holy Communion.
Readings: Exodus 14 v 10-end and 15v 20-21, Acts 2 v 14a..and 22-32, John 20 v 19-end.

April 19th , 3rd Sunday of Easter, (Gold or White), 11.00 a.m. Holy Communion.
Readings: Zephaniah 3 v 14 – end, Acts 2 v 14a, and 36 – 41, Luke 24 v 13 -35.

April 26th , 4th Sunday of Easter , (Gold or White) 11.00 a.m. Holy Communion . Readings: Genesis 7v 1-24
Acts 2 v 42-end , John 10 v 1-10

St Mary the Virgin , Swineshead

Welcome to St Mary the Virgin Church in Swineshead , Lincolnshire. You are all  very welcome to come and attend one of our services and our events.  There is usually a cup of tea or coffee on offer after the service. We welcome everybody. Please see our events section for events that might be of interest to you . Opening times for the church are 10 am  - 2pm daily . Services are listed on this website under services . You  are welcome to make contact with Rev Mark ,  the Vicar with regard to Marriages , Baptisms and Funerals. There is also some information with regard to Marriages and Baptisms that you will find if you  click on the menu for them  .

The church hall is available  for hire . It is a  very nice venue with lavatory ( including a disabled lavatory )  and kitchen facilities for hire for any events such as weddings, baptisms, adult or children's parties  and following a   funeral, for example . Please email  the church website  and your email  will be forwarded to the bookings team .

We our part of the Haven Group of Parishes which  includes St Mary's Swineshead, St Swithun's Church Bicker, St Mary and the Holy Rood Church Donington, St Mary's Church Sutterton and St Peter and St Pauls Wigtoft.
