We had our monthly coffee morning on 12th April at Leasingham Village Hall with a raffle, cake and the 100-club draw. Our next coffee morning is on 10th May where we will be hosting Leasingham Gardening Group who will be having a plant sale.

The coffee morning will be followed by a VE Day 80th Anniversary commemoration at 12pm at the church. Several village organisations and groups have offered to decorate the church and the surroundings. We will lay a wreath at the memorial outside the church.

We had a glorious Easter day celebration with real flowers decorating the church and a few pictures. The new paschal candle was lit, and we explored Mary Magdelene and her role as the first apostle and that it took her three looks before she recognised the resurrected Jesus.
