Reflection from the Rectory – Life in the Holy Spirit

How is the Holy Spirit working in your Christian life? By the time, this edition has been published we will have marked the Ascension of our Lord Jesus. A time of uncertainty for the disciples even though Jesus has promised them that they will not be left on their own. We too wait for the Holy Spirit. Ahead of Pentecost Sunday I ask you to read Acts 2.1-21, the coming of the Holy Spirit and what follows afterwards. I hope that it will inspire you to come to church and, together, celebrate what is known as the birthday of the Church as we know it. A short offering this month as there is lots to read in this edition. Remember if we do not get your stories we cannot publish them. Blessings. Reverend Al.

St Andrew's, Leasingham

Welcome to St Andrew's, Leasingham.  It is really good to welcome you to our A Church Near You website. We hope your visit will be a positive one.

We are glad that you have chosen to look at what is happening in our church and finding out about its history. If you have time please let us know what you think of the site. We hope too that you will want to visit the church and perhaps attend one of our services.

"The parish of Leasingham : St Andrew is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Lincoln’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

With every blessing. Reverend Al.
