An event where we will display photographs, memories and artefacts from the past 100 years, with music from local groups and stalls from artisans and community organisations.5th October 2025 at 10.45am - Celebration Eucharist with The Bishop of Lincoln followed by lunch.5th October 2025 at 3pm - Prayers for the community in church.
The members of Crosby PCC (St George's Church Council) unanimously approved a resolution to offer Prayers of Love and Faith during services of worship, with immediate effect.Prayers of Love and Faith are available to couples of any gender or sexual orientation who wish to have their love and commitment to each other honoured before God. We will pray with them and for them and joyfully welcome family members and friends to the service to mark this special moment. As an Inclusive Church, we take this step with love and compassion trusting in these words:"Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God; everyone who loves is born of God and knows God." (1 John 4:7)
