St George’s and the Church of the Resurrection are part of the Diocese of Lincoln’s Strategic Development Fund Revitalisation Programme, working as one church across two locations to grow worshipping communities, deepen discipleship and strengthen mission within in the richly diverse areas of Crosby and Berkeley an inclusive Anglo‑Catholic Church tradition.

Support Team:

• An approachable Operations Manager to ensure that the day‑to‑day life of the churches runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely—freeing ministry teams to focus on mission and discipleship. Total 21 hours

• A friendly Online Worship Connector & Administrator to shape and strengthen our digital presence, ensuring that online worship, communication, and community engagement are accessible, welcoming, and mission‑focused. Total 12 hours 

Multi-Gen Team:

• A passionate, grounded and imaginative Children and Youth Connector to help us build meaningful relationships with children, young people and families—and to inspire the next generation in their faith journey. Total 15-18 hours

• An engaged and creative Adult Connector to help adults across a variety of ages engage with Christian faith, worship, community, and discipleship during this transformative season. Total 21 hours
