The Resurrection & The Rest is a monthly podcast where Mother Kate and Laura Belle open up the world of church life in a way that’s friendly, honest, and wonderfully down‑to‑earth. Whether you’re brand new to church, dipping a cautious toe into faith, returning after time away, or simply curious about what all this “Christian stuff” is about, this podcast is for you.

Each episode explores a theme or topic connected to real church life - the practical, the spiritual, the human, and the sometimes hilariously ordinary. We’re not here to overwhelm you with theology or assume you know the lingo. Instead, we walk with you, ask the questions you might be thinking, and share the kind of conversations you’d overhear if you were sat with us over coffee after a Sunday service.

Mother Kate brings her pastoral experience, humour, and grounded wisdom. Laura Belle offers a non‑Christian‑background perspective, connecting faith to the everyday human experiences we all share — doubt, hope, belonging, confusion, curiosity, and the search for meaning.
